Means you can join RAY OF HOPE FOUNDATION as an affiliate. Membership to the organization is open to all individuals and organizations that have interest in the welfare of orphans and vulnerable children and is voluntary. However all interested members shall pay a joining fee which is equal the renewal l fee of the particular scheme. Note that renewal fees are to be treated as subscriptions. Ordinary membership is renewed on monthly basis, special membership is renewed on quarterly basis and all cooperate will be renewed annually.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Members shall pay a joining fee and subscriptions that will be set and approved by the annual general meeting, but payment will be done after approval of application.
2. Prospective members shall complete a prescribed application form approved by the board of trustees and will be advised of the outcome of the application within less than 30 days of receipt of application
3. The board of trustees reserves the right to reject any application for members if it is believed on good grounds that such a member is not fit to join the organization
4.  Any member or member organization may have its membership terminated :
•  If a member or member organization has been convicted with a criminal offense by acceptable authority in Zimbabwe or anywhere else
•  Membership may be voluntarily terminated by the member upon written notice to the board of trustees stating reason for such termination
•  If a member or member organization has been specified by the minister
• On the death or dissolution of the member
